Spicy Tonkotsu Gyokai Tsukemen at TETSU in Shinatatsu Ramen Alley

Special Spicy Tsukemen. The spice is actually served in a small bowl (not pictured here) separate from the soup. It was not very spicy but still pretty good.

Starting from their original restaurant in Nishi-Nippori, TETSU has now expanded to many more locations in Japan.

The shop is located at Shinatatsu Ramen Alley, just one minute from Shinagawa Station. It is a small arcade that brings together seven of the most popular ramen and tsukemen stores from across the country.
