Spicy noodle soup with beef (N1 on the menu). The noodles are handmade in the shop and have a pleasant chewiness.
Above, I came back a few weeks later. This time, I tried the spicy beef with noodles in soup (N2). It was pretty similar to N1 (although with a different kind of cut of beef, as well as some tofu and bean sprouts, hidden under the noodles).
There were 2 choices of noodles, both made to order: Hand-stretched and knife-shaved (toshomen). I got the toshomen. It was very good.
Above, after tossing the nooldes.
Above, I also had nems.
Boiled jiaozi (all-you-can-eat). I was completely full after the first plate so I stopped there.
Above, I also had some cold chicken in spicy sauce (aka Saliva Chicken) as a side dish. It was cut with bones so I found it hard to eat.
Liangpi noodles in spicy sauce.
Above, roujiamo (stewed pork sandwich). It was really good!
